The construction project on the 30 unit building in Cheakamus Crossing Phase II development at 1400 Mt. Fee Rd. is progressing well! As of December 31, 2023 the project is 61% complete. The exterior siding has been completed, and flooring is being installed.
The WVHS Tenancy Committee is working with a consultant to have tenant applications on-line by mid-March. There is no waitlist and tenants will have to qualify as Essential Service Workers or clients of Social Service Agencies as per the RMOW Housing Agreement for 1400 Mount Fee Rd.
